Day 13- Consequences

Day 13-
Well my not exercising so much is showing up on the scale. I was losing about a pound a day, this was after the 3rd day. However I decreased my exercise and I am still holding at 7lbs, but goes to show me that I must keep moving to make a difference in my outer appearance. I don't regret spending time with my company so I am getting back on the treadmill, and doing P90X when I can. I feel I had a little set-back, but I also feel I have some time to fix this as well.  So by Day 10, I was down 7lbs just to be clear.
Breakfast:   Smoothie was a simple: SP-Complete mix (2 scoops), H20, 3-berry mix (Blue berries, rasberries, and blackberries), Kale.

Lunch : Veggie soup: Tomato base, zuccini, squash, 1/2 c brown rice, and carrots

Snack: Orange-

Dinner  Smoothie: SP complete (2 scoops), 1/2 cup -3 berry mix & Kale (handful).

Mental Check in:  Staying positive

Physical Check in: No adverse issues. 

Exercise:  none to mention

Calories burned: ??


Water:   6, 32 oz glasses of H20, 1 glass of herbal tea

Side note: This cleanse does allow for olive, coconut oils, I am choosing to go oil free, if I can. I am challenging myself.

* Supplements for this detox are being taken inbetween the meals and or shakes.
